Asg is one of those hospitals who is having platform and resources but very poor management leaders which make them remarkable. I had previously worked with corporate but the experience with Asg is very pathetic in all aspects . They don't consider your experience and knowledge as much because they make u to work like everyone is doing .I was working as management trainee in operations even though given interview for operation manager or they told me of on job training will be provided upto center open in your area and after joining they make me perform optometrist tech work or counseling as a work profile rather to give exposure in management field .and yes they played well by manipulating everything as they appointed a person as an operation manager or make me perform these technician work which is not my work profile at all.
