Terrible team leads, Lot of assessment, partiality with people who come directly rather than from Spruce classes. Especially people who are on position of leads with 2 to 4 years of experience, they don't know how to manage the team. They are very arrogant and non-friendly. In company your seniors will always threaten you for your job security. They fired many people from the company time to time. There is no job security. You can prefer this company only if you don't have anything in your hand.
