Work environment and cultures are good. Teammates are supportive and Top managements are transparent. There is no work pressure after the office hours. Company policies and aprisals are good enough. They give good Salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There are lot of politics and lobby which managements addressed but not taking any action to solve that.

Working place is great. Management calture is good. Working progress is good like new job development. And other facilities like CL per year 31 day's 14 day holiday. Esi ; pf. Etc

Job security is not good. Career growth could not possible. Salary not good

I'm warking in my company as a VMC Machine operator. But i'm also make the manual program some time for job development like many types manual machines equipment. I'm doing also Job fixture development. We are also maintain the log book for daily work.
