The ceo and cofounder is a bit confused and it’s like a daily wage job. The founders can throw anyone out if they feel, just feel that you’re not working or if they don’t see you when they want you (you can even be on leave ) it’s over. Pathetic place to work for

The leadership turnover reflects instability, while employees face unjust PIPs and unpaid bonuses poor culture. Senior executives are dismissed before stock options mature, revealing a lack of ethics, are laid off due to financial crunch of company.
