I like to work with this company there I get the chance to gain knowledge. The teammates are very helpful, they help each other. I got the chances to go out for training, throw that I got so many knowledge.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but there is no growth in this company. Working pressure is also very high. I never get my salary on time. Sometimes I have work for more than my working hours.

Company is decent. Management is not friendly with the employees.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
