Likes

Good Work Environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company give salary hike Corona pandemic but also take huge work from home. Company Salary gives on time that's the excellent.

Dislikes

Company is giving bonus on monthly basis which should be on yearly basis.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
