Arvind lifestyle brands is Haven for management team. But for sales staff it's not much good. There is no job security for sales staff, I was working from last 3 years in Arvind lifestyle brands still my job unsecured. Company force me to give resignation, because brand is going be shut soon.

If we talked about work pressure, it's high and growth rate is to slow. There is reason for slow growth, one and biggest reason is HR & Mangment team. They only gives them the opportunity to move forward whome they knows personally.
