It is a very good company but we don't find any team mates over here . Salary is good but not appraisal. Too much of politics and HR's are very irresponsible. They don't even respond to the employees queries.

In Finance is worst, one person will grow instead of 10 employees effort and hardworking. Entire work done by executive level employees but entire benifit goes to only Managers. Even HR & Management support only Managers. Vinod Krishnan he is from Kerala and he will support only for Kerala people even they don't know basic work.
