I thought it's TATA wow but got into reality after joining. Management is so bad , they think employee are Salve. And make employee work for 12 hr working

HR people don't have control over deputy heads. They won't react even after multiple complaints. Merciless travel. No performance based promotion. Compel to sit beyond working hours till late night.
