My overall experience working with Arvind was average. Job security was poor. They have good company policies. Management not upto the mark.

Dislikes

There's no growth opportunities in the company.The employees working on the floor are not given respect and always there is salary deductions every year.The worst part till date was I have not been told by the management the reason for me to resign.The HR personals did not take an exit interview and dint have a one on one discussion.

Very volatile environment nowadays wrt job security. They want to change things overnight which is good but should be done in a phased manner. Organizations are made up of people, and people are not good over here! Growth prospects are very less. Weak commercial and HR department.

Arvind is very Good Company to learn and develop our skills

In Finance is worst, one person will grow instead of 10 employees effort and hardworking. Entire work done by executive level employees but entire benifit goes to only Managers. Even HR & Management support only Managers. Vinod Krishnan he is from Kerala and he will support only for Kerala people even they don't know basic work. Heis selfish and cunning fellow entire benifit he only take. In Arvind mostly Region Feeling and Favoritism is going. Executive level employees they have to do their work as well as Managers work.
