As Group it is really good, but when it comes to The Arvind Store there is some disappointment, as the top level is good, but mid management need some good employee who can understand the business and who can take care of staff as well. Overall it was good experience working with Arvind ltd.

Favoritism is the thing i dislike

Retail always have the sales pressure which is very common in every company, but sudden changes overnight are hectic that happens often which makes staff stressed more due to workload and double work.

I have to resign from this company coz my immidiate senior did not like me he started framing me.. i went to HR with all the proofs...about him but no body supports an employee who is junior ..head office people hardly support you.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
