My ASM Mr pradeep kumaar ratawal is a very disgusting and dirty person. He did not gave me any incriment from 2019 and i am staff of mrg Uttam Nagar Goyal son's. At the time of my fracture he shift me to a far location willing and then i requested to my senior for transfer due to this he got jealous of me alot . Overall i had a new expirience in learning about the new products and how to handle customer services in right manner from the day i enrolled myself with Arvind specially in making a good relationship with potential customers.

Dislikes

when it comes to salary and incentive structure i am not that happy, and growth is not at all to be expected. One thing that bother me most is the working inviroment,when manager does a play a partiality politics internally without even a prior notice i get upset.

Its a learning expirience for me when i join as a fresher.i learn how to handle a customer service, and learning about the new product features and benefit, and learn how to highlight new launch and visual merchandising display.
