Just depends on everything on reporting manager, For me 4 reporting managers changed within 6 months after that the existing employee low salary below in me put on me reporting manager. Arvind's company is very good but it is very difficult to live there with family in such high inflation and the work of the company is also very good but the senior people give very little support.
