Company culture prioritises more of glamour and less focus on serious business Racial discrimination, prefer only rich family background no respect for person with average family background. Lot of chances for even getting rejected for not having fair skin and rich family background

Because of there old experience staff is not polite so rude I work at flying machine brand that one guy is so rude like he talks me disrespectful using slangs words so many things that's why I don't like arvind fashion

The only good thing was timely salary

The fact that women doesn't have any safety at workplace at all! If manager insults her her family and she complains to higher authority also still noone will help by shifting to another store. They'll demote you while joining the company saying promising promotion within 3 months but noone does anything.
