Okay so Arvind Fashion might be a good organization when it comes to managerial level or should I say headquarters level, but when it comes to CROs working at a salary of 30 to 40k for 2 to 4 years without any growth it is a mess. Work life balance becomes terrible Your health starts deteriorating They say that they have a very chill work culture but in reality that is lack of proper management and casual behavior in human Resource management part.
