NO LEAVES, NO HOLIDAYS, NO WORK NO PAY SYSTEM, MANAGEMENT IS WORST, YOU HAVE TO CARRY SAMPLE OF GARMENTS AT LEAST 10 KGS IN MARKET EVERYDAY, WITH NO EXTRA TRANSPORTATION COST. LONG WORKING HOURS.

Work Details

I WAS A DEPUTY SALES MANAGER WORKED HERE FOR LAST 7 MONTHS. THE COMPANY STOPPED PAYING SALARY FROM 23RD MARCH 2020, TILL DATE, WITH A CAUSE OF WORST PANDEMIC SITUATION, THOUGH WE HAD SEND REPORTS OF PHONE CALL EVERY EVENING.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Opportunity to get job for experience for fresher. Get market knowledge as well as product and work culture.

Dislikes

Deduction of genuine expenses. Also they deduct Pf money without any form filled up. Low salary, Less increment. Company policy is not good.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
