Likes

Artech is a 3rd party resource provider for companies like Accenture and IBM. There is no job security due to the nature of the job, you don't have any actual teammates here, no learning resource since you work in another company and everything depends on the place you are deployed. Only good thing about Artech is timely salary payment.

Dislikes

3rd party or contract jobs are not for ones looking for job security. Wait for a better opportunity if you are looking to switch and consider such jobs as your last option.

Was working at Accenture. The project had very less work, mostly spent my time free doing self learning.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
