It all depends upon the client you are working for. I was associated with Infosys Client, wherein my Billing Unit head and Delivery Manager weren't cooperative at all. I hope superiors act leniently, give guidance and accommodate entry level employees well. Instead of just shouting and passing on orders like its a boarding school. By giving opportunity to fresher they are making them sign 18 months of agreement in that time period it's like torture.
