It all depends upon the client you are working for. I was associated with Infosys Client, wherein my Billing Unit head and Delivery Manager weren't cooperative at all. I hope superiors act leniently, give guidance and accommodate entry level employees well. Instead of just shouting and passing on orders like its a boarding school. It's a good company to start your career

Dislikes

Kindly don't put employees under particular client and reward them accordingly, according to me this system makes no sense as BR/PR differs for every client and we don't get to choose the client you'll do if we get bad client it's not my mistake to show my progress at my best

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
