working here was disappointing experience. Management is disconnect and often dismissive of employee concerns, leading to toxic environment with little room for growth. Also, there is no job security, they can fire you anytime

* No job security here. They hire and fire. * HR is so toxic that you don't want to see their faces. They try to force you into doing any activity which they call Fun. * If you give HR any review about company they will try to impose you instead to work harder and tell that you are just making excuses. * Worst Managers who themselves knows nothing and keeps yelling on you if you try to ask them anything. They use email as a weapon so if you try to say any word against them they can get you fired instead. * Management caters more to toxic managers instead of employees. * Evil clients which call you a Contractor and will give you any petty job which others don't wanna do and their employees themselves are incompetent. * Anti Competive Practices by company. * Legal Trapping of Employees. * Leadership has no clue about what's going on in the company and what the employees are doing, they just connect with them merely once or twice a year....Read More
