The team. I worked with a good team. And the software they use is easy to catch up, for doing 3D and for Boq calculation.

From a designer's perspective, everything is on your head, from start to the end, from pitching to hand over, you very much feels like you don't have much support. And also for that reason, you might not be able to fully concentrate on a client. Being a designer in Arrivae is more like a salesperson than a designer, they don't really care about design aspects. All the meeting and discussions are based on numbers, number of projects you closed, value of projects you closed. If you're a creative person, they kill your creativity. And not to mention about the meetings, you've detail meeting on every alternate days, and it feels really hectic sometimes because you might be working to meet the deadline and then you've to attend these meetings. And these meetings are sometimes useless because you're already updating all your work updates in a google sheet, so they already know every updates, these meetings are just to point out you're weak and pressurise you.
