I had joined Arrivae with an intention of learning and developing skills, however my overall experience with Arrivae was average. The company is dominated by people with no knowledge in the design field. Also I couldn't see any career growth as well.
Dislikes
I did meet some good people at Arrivae Pune, and that was the only good part of the work. Also incase you planning to join and quit at any given point in time, do not wait for their full and final settlement. I have quit since past 4 mths and I am still chasing the management and the HR to confirm the date of release of the FnF.
