Team mates are good supports a lot,job security is good,as arohan is a growing brand so there is lots of opportunities,you can learn lots of things,system oriented,salary poor compare to the work.

Dislikes

Salary is poor though good incentive structure,no work life balance,long working hours,duty hours starts from 8 am to 6.30 but you tk woke till 11/12 of night to finish the works,as a BH you have to reside in branch and its mendatory.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
