I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Work life Balance -There is no any work in the Company, Everyone do time pass including Higher management. Area head , Cluster Head are full of Gossips and judge their own RMs in a very wrong Manner. They think everyone is liar.. They Recruite Employees and after 2 or 3 month..Tata Bye bye..Hire and Fire. No probation Policy.. nothing. So No Job security, People gate removed after 2-3 months ..so no chance of appraisal and Promotion. No satisfaction at all Skill Development -Trainer shows YouTube Videos in training,she doesn't know anything. Pathetic Culture..HR policies are only on paper...it's a myth. As a start up....Company can't manage People .. direct and management didn't have any patience.. Do not join the company....Read More
