Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇

Work life Balance -There is no any work in the Company, Everyone do time pass including Higher management. Area head , Cluster Head are full of Gossips and judge their own RMs in a very wrong Manner. They think everyone is liar.. They Recruite Employees and after 2 or 3 month..Tata Bye bye..Hire and Fire. No probation Policy.. nothing. So No Job security, People gate removed after 2-3 months ..so no chance of appraisal and Promotion. No satisfaction at all Skill Development -Trainer shows YouTube Videos in training,she doesn't know anything. Pathetic Culture..HR policies are only on paper...it's a myth. As a start up....Company can't manage People .. direct and management didn't have any patience.. Do not join the company....Read More
