I got hired as a fresher in this company , within 6 months of time i m a Sr. Recruiter just because of the training and corporate values provided by my seniors .They gave me a chance to grow and conquer even the most critical situations of this industry . This organisation has been taking a stand even if employees are facing trouble in personal life also proving their Tag Line - Arkhyatech A Family. I have worked in many organisations and been under Team Leads and Managers, but the Environment created by Senior Managers and Team Leads here is so comfortable that no one would like to leave this organisation once he/she joins. Lastly it is the BEST Organisation because it is created by Best People. Immediate solution to the problem of employees Stress Free Environment. Good food Regular Incentives Fun Fridays Timely pay No Biases.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
