I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Worst, no life job balance , force you to work on shitty code and they expect from you to fix their big in 10 min. I heard they threat their employee to give them good rating when they are leaving company.
