Aristotle never follow professional ethics. Company doesn't care about employees. I was chasing for my ESI number from past one year but company provide it to me after one year. I remembered a quote of great person that was Late APJ Abdul kalam sir about JOB "Love your job but don't love your company, because you may not know when company stop loving you."

Hello everyone- there is nothing which can be liked about Aristotle, they are a highly unprofessional firm. They do not have any policies and appropriate practices, poor management, don't have any mechanism of training people, don't have valuable work for anyone to learn. They themselves are uncompliant how can they support client businesses.
Dislikes
Poor management, inappropriate HR policies highly unstructured. No mechanism for growth and increments. Lay off people once their work is done without reason. HR bluff with people to join they will show all perks and benefits and fool the candidates and ruin the career.
