Only good thing here is the work life balance. Nothing else.

- Salaries are a joke (hikes are a joke too) - You'll loose on market-demand skills because you'll be working on proprietary technologies. Therefore your previous skills will rot. - This is a place where once you enter, you'll not be able to leave easily. You'll meet people that stayed here for long not because of the good work-lifebalance but because their previous skills rotted and they were no longer relevant in the market. Unless you make an effort to stay updated yourself out of your office hours you'll suffer. - Web technology companies outright reject you because you're from a game dev background and not a web dev background.
