The culture is good. People are very exited and happy about events , games and other activities.

No Job security, you might not be able to focus on your work for 2 days and your team lead will start threatening you for your job. Anybody can be fired anytime like in case of a process change or technology change. Buttering is higly appreciated. Satisfy the ego of your manager/team lead and you are fine for sometime. No focus on personal development, just keep doing your regular work. Favouratism flows through the floor. Get 8-10% hike even if you are the worst or the best performer. Manager will force you to come to office even though you connect and work with everyone remotely and you just keep meeting those 2-3 people you know who are not even relevant....Read More
