All teammates are well behaved and policed. The internal environment of company is familiar.work culture of organisation is very good. So job is secure. Salary is not upto the mark, but so so. Some where issue is politicise. People can learn a lot within the organisation and can develop themselves to the level next.

People development is not given any importance at all . With the changing pharmaceuticals industry, the organisation is stagnant to the old school of thoughts, which keeps the organisation outdated in many aspects

Organisation belives in 100% achievement. So what ever the method you use none of your seniors will notice. even they encourage in the review meet.
