a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Management always considered staffs security, they will provide daily sanitizer, working environment is too clean and good. They will provide so many benefits to our staffs for example: staffs scholarship, loan, medical allowances. Now limited staffs are working here.they will give training for new staffs. MMA class, Malarchi training etc..,

Less salary and they will not support educated candidates. Then career growth is slow
