Arcis is the worst company i have worked in my life. i have worked 2 years 4 months in this company for my family and issue need. i joined this company in 19/05/2022 till 16/10/2024. over all 2 time increments only 2000, i relived on 16/ 10/2024 in this company. i have 27 paid leave, leave encashment only 5547 rs this really worst, i gave my hard work to this company without taking any long leaves this i will get, no support to management side for tenure callers increment promotion , only they get our work , collections. don't cheat hard working people, this message i posted for upcoming employees who are willing to work this worst and useless company...Read More
