Most of the associates who live far from office try to leave late due to traffic but because of their comfort other employees are told to sit till late hours without paying them for extra hours.

Company is supportive in this COVID-19 period they r deducting salaries but that deduction is gradewise.. so it's not affecting the lower income group.. and providing company PCs to employees for work from home..

It's been a year since I have been working and while working I have developed my skills in design also in coordinating with all Consultants. You get to handle client if you do good. You get to learn working on large scale projects and initial stage of career.

Dislikes

So it has been a year since I have joined this firm. The worst part of this office is they dont value employees. They always fake deadlines so that you keep working day and night also on weekends, bank holidays. All they want you is to keep slogging. There is no work management no office culture no employee facilities, Poor infra and worst of all there's always shortage of water. Fungus in drinking water. They expect you to work 12hrs a day. Architects are under paid and getting exploited. There is a serious issue which need to be addressed and to be looked after.
