It's frustrating when we work on one and more softwares but don't get the salary we deserve. it's also discouraging when new people enter the office and earn more than Us. They are came with the cad only. at the end senior draftsman only teaching them work .I really don't know what kind of this ? they are earn good salary than us and they are like our responsibility why so??sorry to say but but we always teaching junior architect, trainees, and sometimes new architect.
