Good thing is you get opportunity to work on big projects with lot of responsibility . If dedicated towards your work, no one is going to stop you in your growth. Management is good. Company policy is not at all complicated. Work culture is supportive.

Dislikes

Work life balance is issue. The reason is as mentioned above , you get opportunity to work on big projects, and big projects comes with big responsibility, so one find it difficult to take leaves... And to finish work long working hours is required...

This firm has lots of projects of different kinds. If you are good, you will be quickly given responsibility and exposure with clients, consultants etc. Overall, you will have the opportunity to learn the trade here.

Dislikes

The list of dislikes is a long one. This company has a very typical ‘yes sir’ culture. Subordinates are expected to comply without any question. There are no work-life boundaries. You will be expected to work long hours, including overnight. Expect to get work messages, calls at any hour of the day, even middle of the night. No proper organization structure or pyramid. So no potential for promotions etc. because the designations are not defined. Basic digital infrastructure is not in place. For some of the softwares, only few licenses are allotted. So you will always be playing musical chairs. No email ids to even mid-senior level architects. Office is practically run on WhatsApp. Admin and HR policies are many and all are really bad. Tea/coffee is horrid for which you need a coupon. You can’t step out from the office premises except in lunch break, not even for five minutes. You are expected to use your personal phone for office work without any allowance. Zero benefits for consultants. (Draftsmen get all the benefits though.) Office premises is unclean and unkempt. Expect rats and cats inside the office. Weird hierarchy where bottled water or tissue paper is only given to guests and associates, but never to staff. Overall company is very stingy and does not offer even basic facilities to the staff. But they will expect you to work 10-12 hours everyday. If you can put up with rude people and struggle for the smallest basic things due to admin policies, consider this place. Ps - Don’t be fooled by good reviews from draftsmen. It's frustrating when we work on one and more softwares but don't get the salary we deserve. it's also discouraging when new people enter the office and earn more than Us. They are came with the cad only. at the end senior draftsman only teaching them work .I really don't know what kind of this ? they are earn good salary than us and they are like our responsibility why so??sorry to say but but we always teaching junior architect, trainees, and sometimes new architect. If u r give them good salaries on there experiences then why they are taking help from US. They are disturbing us in our work but at the end taking all the credit of work....Read More
