Never join Trinity team in Arcesium. No work life balance. No internal growth. Work is not good, you will not learn anything. After working in Arcesium, finding job at higher post in product based companies will become difficult. Work culture is toxic. Management is not good. If team project is not completed on time because ofmanager, ready to be blamed. You will be judged based on number of holidays and number of hours you are giving in a day and not by the quality of your work. Judgment is totally unbiased.
