Too much politics They take out internal openings and if we apply they literally torture and harass you Person in the cabin knows nothing other than insulting and playing politics The surveys are not anonymous so one should abstain from giving true feedback else this person in cabin will **** you.

You pretty much do operations, so timing your work and planning ahead will give you a happy life here.

Processes are not very standard across teams and you end up doing a lot outside your role but you also end up learning a lot. It is a dislike for me, I don’t like doing extra work.

Only good thing is the free food

The leadership is horrible. No good growth in company. The managers micromanage your work and are too process oriented rather than being result oriented. The culture and standard has fallen from last few years. Will not recommend anyone to join.
