1. Only job security is good. 2. One hope is that new management will be being better but now after 2 years it is being very late to improve MNC level management and policies. 3. Location is good.

1. Management is very weak. 2. Production is very important compare to safety. Safety culture is very poor. Middle management is not focused too. 3. Very Low salary compare to other steel companies. 4. Very Low salary hike. Very Mismatch for scale pay. New candidates got more salary compare to existing employees. 5ground-color: #fff5e4;">. Management is not transparent. 9. Transportation and food are also high chargeable for employees. Even though high chargeable food facilities, shift duty employees are not getting food facilities at work site and after 6pm. 10. Very low facilities for shift employees. No values for shift duty.
