This is a proprietary type of company. No corporate culture, no professionalism, no ethics. You can expect to get terminated any day. You have to work more than 12 hours a day. Work on public holidays, especially festivals bcoz it's a retail company and accounts department is supposed to touch feet of sales department and support them all the time even at 11pm at night.

Company pays salary as per 50 days cycle. So be prepared to loose your half month's salary when you get terminated. If you resign, you have to give 3 months notice period. During corona crisis owner took advantage of the situation and sacked most of the people. CEO and CFO or HR are only for namesake. All the decisions are taken bysolely one individual who has extremely mood swings and ego issues. They have not paid salary for the work done or not even paid notice period while sacking them. Even CEO and CFO left organization bcoz of such unethical actions by owner. Think 100 times before joining this company....Read More
