The university am working has separate campuses so that manages and competes with each other. My campus which is medicine and health science is the recent one and it has graduated 4 medicine batches so far and from year to year more number of specialists are getting employed. They have a fair salary and they allos different trsining programs....Read More

The interdepartemental intraction is harsh and immature one. There is no job security and career growth for staff that work in library and dormitory is very embarrasing.

So far its fair, it has a lot of ups and downs as I am a new employee at this company. Especially the fact I am a female physcian there was a challange to convince that I was really intersted in the job and to stay as a permanent employe.
