...es so far and from year to year more number of specialists are getting employed. They have a fair salary and they allos different trsining programs.

Dislikes

The interdepartemental intraction is harsh and immature one. There is no job security and career growth for staff that work in library and dormitory is very embarrasing.

University gives you high hopes about international culture but all is fake. Poor connectivity to Addis is a serious problem which is not told at the time of selection. Colleagues are very conservative and do not like Indians. University does not comply with the covenants of the contract.

Dislikes

Lot of politics exists in compensation, designation. Work pressure is not much but there is no scope for further growth. No academic environment and every decision is whimsical.

It has been the best place and best employer I have ever worked as Ethiopia and Ethiopians are wonderful people on earth

Actually, there hasn't been any dislike about anything except professional issue of sustained growth in monetary compensation

Arba Minch University is one of biggest higher institutions in Ethiopia. It is known in East Africa by its water resources and related water technology. Regarding COVID-19 we have created a different community based to solve the problem and minimize the risk. but still, I face different tackle to facilitate the action due to lack of enough budget. thank you very much.

I like teaching at Arba Minch University. the university has a god job career, a good work eniviroment...etc.
