Some where good to be a part for as Aramark family.Good platform to learn about food safety.

Dislikes

Only thing about bad reputation causes there was nothing self respect. Employees like labors eye site of management view. Poor Human resource.

Good Organisation, plannedworking condition, Best part was timely salary paid.

True ,working hours too long- most of the time more than 13 hours...! IN MY CASE CLIENT HAS APPRECIATED OUR WORK AND RECOGNIZE US many time send the appreciation of our teamwork to our company HOD's..n encouraging us to keep it up...!

Hectic,but it was systematic ! Lot of paperwork in terms of formats to be filled in the end of month,submit your monthly reports...! Thanks n regards.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
