Appraisals are worst and unfair. Toxic work culture and the manager not supportive. Not utilising my skills in a proper way. Always gave preference to politics rather than solving problems and created worst work culture.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary hike is very low and no career growth for phd candidates.

It's very near to city...

Dislikes

They will not provide proper infrastructure in the chemistry labs. Too much crowd in the chemistry labs and too crowded labs are leads to less coordination between the scientists....they should provide proper workplace to everyone to work in the safe environment.

Cost cutting, higher management forcing the decision on employee without thinking about employee benefit/ troubles. For saving some money the spontaneously swaped MS Office suit with poorly developed and cheap Zoho suits without beta test making employee suffer. Shutting down free commute for short distance. Increased food rate. Etc,

Pathetic work culture. No skill development. Managers and seniors are trained for exploitation. Very weak HR executive, not able to help if any misbehave or harassment reports. If, weekend and holidays not able to attend office, it means your mental health in danger.
