It's very near to city...

Dislikes

They will not provide proper infrastructure in the chemistry labs. Too much crowd in the chemistry labs and too crowded labs are leads to less coordination between the scientists....they should provide proper workplace to everyone to work in the safe environment.

I joined Here as a fresher. Aragen is a great place to start your career as it has one of the most advanced facilities. Work culture is good. They give leaves and all are understanding.

Cost cutting, higher management forcing the decision on employee without thinking about employee benefit/ troubles. For saving some money the spontaneously swaped MS Office suit with poorly developed and cheap Zoho suits without beta test making employee suffer. Shutting down free commute for short distance. Increased food rate. Etc,
