1. No incentive based performance monitoring. 2.Check for visa if it is issued under a respective category as per the offer. 3. No increment as well as the salary is not as par with respect to the Oman market. 4. No clarity on medical policy 5. No clarity on HR policies

I like Morning Food only in Arabian Industries Project, Oman 1, From site to office transportation is very difficult we cannot diffucult 2, The worley parson is preparing the detail engineering drawings for the project around you can find 60% of error in the drawings 3, Materials wise worst worst worst very 3rd class materials are u sing lot of leaks in the pressure transmitter, drip ring sets up 4, Manager and whole people there kerala only, they will behave good but they will play games 5, In EPCC Project, after finishing work need to raise RFI, 1st step our company QC will do Internal Inspection and then only external inspection will come. 6, In Arabian Industries there is no more internal Inspection directly external inspection only 7, Checksheet filling by QC, in arabian Industries all are in Construction engineer head only 8, Most of the People working around 10 years 9, whatever engineer or supervisor they should compulsory pass the PERMIT APPLICANT / PERMIT HOLDER Course otherwise within 1 year company will terminate 10, Salary for engineer 720 OMR only they will pay 11, Materials need to follow / Drawings need to follow 12, Everything engineers headache 13, Always follow follow follow, compare with some other company you can all the materials and drawings before start the construction but in this company we need to follow for everythings...Read More

1, Salary is worst only 720 OMR for engineers 2, Job security is Zero anytime they will terminate 3, Keralite company lot of politics 4, Learning is zero - you will forget everything 5, Teammates - All are biharis they will never obey anything working poor salary for long years any ne w engineers join they will tell lot of story 6, Instrument engineers will never stay long in that company, remaining other discipline engineers are getting 3 months once 28 days leave they will get, for new joining engineers will get 6 month once leave they will get 7, work environment - Its totally desert not more shops in alnoor i thing only one small shop is available recently one keralite guy opened there 8,Birba and harwell ok good 9, Compulsory all engineers/supervisor/technician they should attend the H2S training and workpermit/work applicant course and some other courses included for safety wise...Read More

Working is headache, follow materials,follow drawings, follow technician, folllow supervisor totally the company peoples are poor competency

Dislikes

Job security is an issue, They will appoint you for project basis & layoff after completing the project. Project management is average lot of manpower for same activity and make project at loss.

i worked for 5 years i enjoyed my work, not much pressure. but not much promising salary increment or promotions.
