For career initiate it's good but bond for 3 years is terrible with very less hike and appraisal.

Dislikes

If you got any client project then AQM will forget you and they don't care about your work load and efforts and if possible confirm all hidden policies from them like client project,notice period salary, further job switch client etc.

Work Culture totally depends on the Client Projects in which they will work. And that's based on requirements & your luck. Appraisal & Salary hikes are fair enough.

Dislikes

There is a bond of 2.5 years before which you can not resign.
