It’s a global conglomerate company the rules and regulations are very clear and it’s going to digitalisation is a very eco friendly thing, here job security is good but only when safety hazards happens and work culture is very good compare to other companies, polices are strict to quality, safety and employees friendly.

Work & Personal life balance is very poor and dislocations every time when the project is completed and Most of work delays due to safety people interventions, now a days employees compensations are decreased even post COVID share price increased compared to pre COVID.

I am in this since last 5 years at any moment I am not hesitated to work but only thing is partiality of top management on non Tamilians is very crucial need to avoid that then the employees are very happy to work here.
