Work life balance is okay, Salary is okay if you compare it with other related companies. Products are amazing that's why Aptar is pioneer in Packaging. Global technical center of Aptar is amazing. Indian Director Mr. Sukesh is best person.

Hell lot of politics is there, People who are close to management will be benefited with 5working days and rest of them have to work on MON-SAT. Underqualified people are in Managerial position (POLITICS). Talent recognition is not at all there.

Some times management decisions are not good

Work Details

I struggled in the beginning because there is no training for freshers about company products and machinary. Now the training sessions are going for operator level also.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
