apt tools is a great platform for all things good career development, communication, ideas, out station environment. And Compnay grow within very short time periods.

Dislikes

No team work, Financially stragglers, No keep regular customer orders stock in store, Twist once increament, No incentive schemes to sales. No bonus past 5 years.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
