Company culture and Work Environment No office politics and all are very helpful You will get good increment if you deserve Team Leads and HRs are friendly and professional. You can reach out to them any time. HR Manager is approachable and communicate everything with proper discussion. Quite transparent. Projects are of good quality Highly stable company

Dislikes

Nothing as such but Picnic and Cricket Tournaments must be arranged every year like before. Some employee benefits can be added like Food Coupon

I am working as a full-stack developer. Seniors are highly skilled and helpful. At a time, we may have to work on 2-3 projects but work load is balanced.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
